HEALTH UPDATE POST – was going to be – Fist Bump Gassho – Meditations Chapter I – November 8, 2019

Sequentially the time line isn’t going to jibe with the date and events, and I am not going to sort it out rather let the text follow the Chapters in the Lotus Sutra. I’ve already written some things for Chapter I and Chapter II and as I write things I’ll just insert them where the land.

Right now I am in a hospital which I will not identify because of my privacy. While flying from Charlotte the other day in route my lung collapsed. I was taken from the plane by emergcy personnel and transported to the emergency room for immediate treatment.

I am stable now and it has been three days since. I have now been admitted inpatient to the hospital for further treatment. I am currently waiting for a team of surgeons to meet with me to discuss options.

It looks like I will probably be here for several days, perhaps a week or more.

Rather than break this post into separate posts I’m making a time line post.

First I had an emergency this morning and so was transfered to the ICU where I am now. The surgery on my lung is still scheduled for Monday morning unless something gets worse before then.

The air continues to leak from my lungs and now my whole body is swollen up including my eyes making it difficult to see. I’ll do the best I can though.

I am being kept comfortable and that is nice. I have no diet restrictions and that is even better in my book.

OK, let me get back to my idea. Hahaha

Reading over what I wrote so far I haven’t said anything actually. So I need to just do this post as and update health post and start over with my original idea..
