This is a poorly produced video, several technical challenges were not overcome. I think the information is valuable and so I am posting it in its current state. Feel free to comment with any thoughts about the content. The beginning is for the first few minutes a black screen, and then I work out some technical issues. It’s all there none-the-less, and perhaps you might simply do this audio.
