NVC Dharma Talk – Requests – November 18, 2018

Today our Dharma Talk covered the fourth part of the four part Nonviolent Communication, NVC formula.  Requests may seem as if they should be simple yet when done according to the NVC way they are indeed challenging.  Some my think they are not workable, I challenge that because with skill and practice every part of the NVC approach is possible and beneficial to engaging in connecting conversations.  Mostly it is a matter of practice and application, it takes time and effort to change, no matter what we wish to change. Please bear with my technical challenges this morning.  Even once I got started I initially shared the wrong part of my screen.  Forgiveness is tremendously appreciated.
