Jodo-e Service Celebrating the Enlightenment of the Buddha – Paris France December 8, 2018

Recording of the ceremony Jodo-e celebrating the enlightenment of the Buddha mostly conducted in French. The ceremony was recorded in Paris France on 8 December 2018. I apologize for the quality of the recording. Trying to keep in my head all the various things needing doing I forgot to change the camera being used for recording. Because our time together in Paris was brief there were many things needed to be accomplished and so this ceremony also included an eye-opening on many statues of the Buddha brought by people from Czech Republic, France, and Portugal. At the conclusion of the ceremony we also conducted a jukai for 9 people who expressed their desire to become members of Myosho-ji Temple.
