Spending Some Time With Long Time Friends – May 20, 2019

Here are some photos from my last day in Seattle. Leah and her boyfriend Pete drove up from Portland to spend some time together. Leah was my Japanese language tutor when I was studying at Portland State University 11 years ago. She also came to Japan when I graduated from Shingyo Dojo. Some of these photos were taken while we did a couple Geocaching hunts.

I am also training at Carolinas Medical Center as a Chaplain intern. It is my hope that I eventually become a Board Certified Chaplain. Currently I am also taking healing touch classes leading to become a certified Healing Touch Practitioner. I do volunteer work with the Regional AIDS Interfaith Network (you may learn more about them by following the link) caring for individuals who are HIV+ or who have AIDS/SIDA.
