NVC Dharma Talk – Needs – October 28, 2018
Today our Dharma talk continues our study of Nonviolent Communication. The focus for the study today is on needs and our ability to know and communicate our needs. Needs is the third part of the four parts of the NVC formula; Observation, Feelings, Needs, Request (OFNR). NVC Dharma Talk – Observation – October 14, 2018
Here is the video recording of today’s Dharma talk. Today we focused on the first of the four principles of Nonviolent Communication, NVC, Observation. When we can make observations that are free of value and judgement we begin to eliminate the suffering of self. Placing value on observations leads to suffering.
What is Faith?
I believe that faith is the ability to doubt without fear.
