NVC Dharma Talk – Feelings – October 21, 2018 (Includes a Spanish Feelings Word List)

Today the Dharma talk focuses on Feelings, the second part of the four part formula used in Nonviolent Communication, NVC.

Due to a connectivity issue the transmission was interrupted about 13 minutes into the Dharma talk.  Because of this the video is broken into two parts, well mostly it’s because I lack the technical expertise to splice them together into one whole video.  On this page you will also find several feeling words lists, even one in Spanish.

I hope you will enjoy and consider seriously the NVC technique of better communication techniques.  I firmly believe that we can all profit from using this approach in our daily communications with others and even as I indicate in the talk with ourselves.

This is the feelings word list I presented in the video of the Dharma talk.

Here is another version of a feelings word list.
