Bishop Myokei Shonin Live Presentation on Diversity – Video – May 25, 2020

This is a previously recorded guest presentation by Nichiren Order of North America, NONA, Bishop Myokei Shonin on the subject of Diversity.  This presentation was recorded January 2016.

Tonight Nichiren Order of North America Bishop Myokei Caine-Barrett joined us at Myosho-ji to speak about diversity. During this time with us she not only used her personal life experiences and insights but also called on those who joined in live to speak about their own experiences.

Also tonight she set the stage for part two dealing with those difficult conversations we may have experienced or may experience as we strive to become healers of self and others in a society which has many difficult conversations to engage in.

I hope you enjoy this recording. If you feel you benefited and would like to support the temple in our efforts to spread the Dharma then please go to the temple web page or Ryusho’s blog and donate through PayPal. There are several continuing donation options available as well as single one time donations.
