Finished work and now sitting in the waiting room of the spine doctor. Not sure what can be done but it would nice if the level of pain could be reduced, even just a little. However I do not want to take a lot of medicine and definately don’t want surgery. I guess I am not leaving them many options.
The weather today is very nice with the temperature probably in the 70’s.
