NonViolent Communication Dharma Talk – November 4, 2018

Today’s Dharma talk was an introduction of some homework and exercises for the week.  I hope you will take a listen and learn about setting aside one day this week for your D-Day.  Also I have given everyone a word of the week as well as the two aspects of the four part formula of NVC.  It’s a relatively short talk today so spend a few minutes giving it a listen.
