Spine doctor
From iPhone Finished work and now sitting in the waiting room of the spine doctor. Not sure what can be done but it would nice if the level of pain could be reduced, even just a little. However I do not want to take a lot of medicine and definately don’t want surgery. I guess I am not leaving them many options. The weather today is very nice with the temperature probably in the 70’s.
Annual Physical
From my iPhone: Sitting in doctor office waiting room. It is annual physical time. I suspect my cholestral (sp?) will be elevated I haven’t done as much walking. Ok almost done. Lots of follow up stuff mainly for my back problems.
First Tuesday Concerts
From iPhone – @ St. Peters Episcopal Church; Charlotte, NC Sitting here waiting for the start of the First Tuesday Concert. This is a series of well done concert events that are held on the first Tuesday of the month during the fall months, presented by Charlotte Chamber Music Society, and they are free. The wife of my boss will be a featured singer, Jacquelyn Culpepper.
Busy week no posts
From the iPhone Sitting in the kitchen, the warmest part of the temple. In order to save money I only run the heater when there is going to be a service, which there will be later today. Still this is warmer because I have been boiling water for the thermos for tea for folks. I myself am having a large cup of really strong green tea. One of the members, whose mother lives in Shizuoka…
