Why Fasting Bolsters Brain Power – February 1, 2019

Here is a TED talk given by Mark Mattson on the beneficial effects on the brain by intermittent fasting. It has been shown to be beneficial to seniors and others in preventing age related brain degeneration. The diet he promotes is a 5:2 Diet, that is eat as per normal a healthy meal for five days a week, and then fasting for two days. I hope you find this TED talk interesting and perhaps introducing you to a new strategic tool in improving your life and your brain.
